Stabilized olive tree with Niwaki pruning

Stabilised olive branches are grafted onto a century-old olive tree trunk in the manner of a "Niwaki" pruning. This Japanese floral art consists in removing the trunk and branches from the elements that break a harmony of movement to preserve a cloud-shaped foliage.
