creation of a chandelier in slices of standing timber

This fixture is created from slices of standing timber.

We positioned an acacia trunk on our sawmill vertically and we cut slices of wood.

We then dried these slices of wood in the sun by watering them to give them a shape that we wanted.

An E27 socket is at the center of this chandelier.
